About the Position

We at Ikett Personalpartner are now looking for a tool setter for one of our clients in Finspång!

In this role, you will build complete tools for cutting machining for the workshop's machines, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery. You will thrive in this role if you have a high level of engagement, a positive attitude, and can maintain focus even when challenges arise. The role involves close collaboration with production, which includes both colleagues and customers.

Your tasks will include building, measuring, and programming complete tools in our presetting machine according to data in TDM. You will also work independently with close customer contacts and in collaboration with colleagues in the department. You will be part of a team of about 17 people working with tool rooms, tool storage, grinding, calibration, and fine mechanics. Together, the team is responsible for procurement, service, control, and manufacturing of tools.

The start date for the position is immediate or by agreement. Working hours are scheduled for FMS shifts (3-shift with a free week).

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you should be service-oriented, meticulous, organized, and quality-conscious. We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in machining
Enjoys working with problem-solving and continuous improvements.
Has good tool knowledge and good computer skills.
Is proficient in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
